During the week before your spa day, best to clean the house. The night before, lay out the things you will need and put fresh sheets on your bed. Having your home in order will make the day so much more enjoyable and relaxing. 

At the first vacation morning, it’s time to do exercise and get your body moving. You can follow your regular exercise program or change it up with a new routine. Turn on your TV workout show or follow the slogan on the radio to try to keep up with the rhythm and make you more energetic for the rest of the time with sports such as yoga, dancing, running, and more. And remember to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Having a healthy lunch. Prepare your spa with fruit and vegetable, lean proteins and whole grains, and avoid refined starches and sweets. Fill a pitcher with ice, water and slices of lemon or cucumber, and keep it and a tall glass near you the rest of the day. 

Enjoying the sunset. The early evening is the peaceful time of the day. As the sun descendsslowly and the daylight becomes dark, and the temperature abates, take theselast few moments to relax while contemplation and meditation.
