Lemon Muffins

Ingredients:


130 grams flour

135 grams butter

125 grams sugar

A pinch of salt

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

100 grams cream cheese

2 eggs

2 teaspoons lemon juice


You will need silicon cups for baking, to fit into the air fryer.

Cooking Instructions:
Butter and cream cheese should be at room temperature once soft, cut the butter and
cream cheese into small cubes.  
Preheat your air fryer to 370F
Beat the butter and cream cheese into a light and creamy consistency
Add the sugar and beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating before adding the nextone
Fold in the flour and salt
Add lemon juice
Spoon the mix into silicon cups
Place the full silicon cups into the basket of your preheated air fryer and cook for 20 min. at
370F
Check they are cooked through with a tooth pick, if not, cook for a further 3-5 minutes

Spicy Chicken Wings

Ingredients:


1/2 kilo chicken wings,separate theflat and drumettes

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

For coating the wings: (optional)
1/2 cup hot sauce

1 tablespoon butter, melted

Cooking Instructions:


Place the wings out in a single layer and pat them dry on both sides with paper towels. Sprinkle evenly with the salt, garlic powder, and chilli.
Place the wings in the air fryer and turn on to 380°F. Cook 25 minutes, removing the basket and tossing the wings with tongs every 5 minutes. After 25 minutes of cooking, the wings should be tender and cooked through.
Increase the heat to 400°F and cook until the skin is crispy and golden brown, 5 to 8 minutes more. Toss the wings with the hot sauce and melted butter, if desired, before serving.
