Perfect for the smaller person
This chair fits me perfect. I am a petite lady and find massage chairs don’t hit the right spot but this one sure does. The quality of the chair is excellent, color really nice. Narrower so fits nicely in tighter areas. I love all the settings, favorite is sleep mode, easy to use. Heat is a great bonus. Quiet too. Only negative is that you can’t recline without massage unless you turn on the timer and the max time is 20 min and then it resets to sitting position.

Looks good at my living room!
A wonderful chair! I found its waist support foam is thicker than most of chairs that I've experienced in shopping mall. Big brands like Cozzia/ Ogawa are too expensive for me. I bought this massage chair from Costway and I am very happy with my purchase. It is a comfortable and relaxing recliner that offers a variety of massage modes and intensity levels.My back pain relieved after use that. The only thing that confused me was the logo on the chair. It says Giantex, not Costway. I did some research and found out that Giantex is a sub brand. I guess it doesn't matter much, as long as the quality and service are good.
